Sweaters, thick socks, vibrant colors, falling leaves, stunning mountian views, all my canning projects done (mostly), cool evenings around a campfire, soups for dinner, my favorite colors everywhere- rusty red, shades of green and yellows. Autumn is such a great time- it feels homey; warm and comfortable. I tried to capture my favorite scenes from this year. When I'm in the nursery rocking Lincoln I've had the best view of the quakies in our yard I had to take a picture and then the excitement of the first real storm coming was fun to try and capture too. I love watching the clouds roll down the mountain and see the sunshine fighting to hold its ground for as long as possible; all happening while the dying leaves are trying to stay on their branches for a little longer.
