Our little 'SPARKLER'

Our patriotic princess was born on the 3rd of July and on that first 'birth day' the nurses put a red, white and blue bow in her hair.  I still love putting her in the colors of Old Glory just to remind me of the special day she was born.  She was born with the most peaceful spirit- the room filled with it at her birth and she still carries that power of peace.

So to celebrate our 'little light' we invited all of Sandy to her birthday party...we had quite a turn out for the fireworks in her honor.  (At least that's what we like to tell Malorie- that all the people come just for her.)  It was a fun day!  It started out with her big surprise... an American Girl look alike doll and highchair.

We went to the park, parade and then her fireworks party started.
All her Grandmas, Grandpas, Aunts and Uncles came and made her birthday special.
The Bishop's family was right next to us and so she believed they were there for HER party, which was especially fun since the Bishop of our ward is one of her favorite people.

"Awwhhh, LOOK!  It's princesses.... I wanna see!"
