Malorie has been in preschool for seven months now and has gone from being very reserved and shy to a confident and eager learner. Miss Judie, her amazing teacher has worked wonders with her and Malorie adores her and aims to please. So it has been super exciting to see Malorie come home reading little books- yep- READING!! I'm proud of her and we've had to go get a few more to keep the supply of reading material coming. It has been so fun to watch the change in her happen and reading with her is such a joy as she's caught on to how fun it can be.
Kaylee has been reading the Junie B. Jones books and the other day read a sentence talking about eatting 'pasketti' for school lunch. I had Kaylee stop and asked her what Junie was talking about and she said "she meant to say masketti". Yep, I chuckled, and told her she was absolutely right!

Miss Judie is awesome! I'm so sad she's not going to keep doing it. :(
